Orivum Identity, S.L. ("Orivum") has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to the Orivum mobile application, website, and related services.
Prohibited content and conduct
Users must not use Orivum to create, upload, store, share, request, promote, or facilitate content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child. Prohibited activity includes:
- Child sexual abuse material, including generated or manipulated imagery
- Grooming or soliciting a child for sexual purposes
- Sextortion or threats involving a child's intimate imagery
- Sexualization, trafficking, or commercial sexual exploitation of a child
- Attempts to arrange, encourage, normalize, or facilitate any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation
These prohibitions apply to profiles, photos, messages, links, and every other user interaction on Orivum.
Report a child safety concern
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or the appropriate emergency service first.
To report suspected CSAE or CSAM involving Orivum, email safety@orivum.app with the subject Urgent child safety report. Include the relevant username or profile, what happened, and when it occurred. Do not download, save, copy, or forward suspected CSAM solely for the purpose of making a report.
Review and enforcement
Orivum reviews child safety reports as a priority and takes appropriate action when it becomes aware of prohibited content or conduct. Depending on the circumstances, this may include restricting or removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, preserving relevant information where legally required, and preventing further abuse of the Service.
Reporting to authorities
Orivum complies with applicable child safety laws and cooperates with competent authorities. When required, confirmed CSAM and related information will be reported to the appropriate national or regional authority, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children where applicable.
Eligibility and prevention
Orivum is intended only for people aged 18 or older. This age requirement does not reduce our commitment to preventing, detecting, and responding to child sexual abuse and exploitation.
